KJPAS Vocal & Acting Training
KJPAS has studio's in both New York City and Myrtle Beach, SC. KJPAS offers a professional training program for children, teens and adults that fully prepares each student for professional theatre and/or college auditions. The curriculum is individualized for each student and may include: vocal technique, song analysis, monologue work, cold-reading techniques for audition call-backs, character development, audition techniques, theatre dance, sight-singing and ear training, harmonization, music theory, musical theatre history, the business of acting, acting for film and television, improvisation, headshot and resume development, and a study of the great method acting teachers. The KJPAS student success rate is exceptional. Many have gone on to perform in Broadway shows, national tours, film & television, and regional theatre productions. Others are now studying at the top theatre schools in the country. Almost every student Kevin coaches not only gets cast in the show they are auditioning for, but they almost always land a leading role!
